Since our product is a digital asset (source code) that gives you immediate access to the codebase, our refund policy is structured to prevent abuse while ensuring customer satisfaction.

    We want you to be confident in your purchase. If SlyBoards does not work as advertised or you encounter technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

    To be eligible:

    • You must contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
    • You must provide a clear explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.
  2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

    We generally do not issue refunds in the following situations:

    • You simply changed your mind after downloading the source code.
    • You lack the necessary technical skills (React/Next.js) to use the product.
    • You bought the product by mistake and have already downloaded the files.

    • Include your order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
    • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  4. Updates & Support

    Refunded customers will immediately lose access to the private GitHub repository, future updates, and premium support channels.
