Terms of Use & License Agreement

Welcome to SlyBoards. By purchasing, downloading, or using our source code (“Product”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and License Agreement.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

  1. Nature of the Product

    SlyBoards is a digital software template (boilerplate) designed to help developers build Miro Apps and SaaS applications. When you purchase SlyBoards, you are buying a license to use the source code, not a subscription service.

  2. License Grant

    Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the source code according to the tier you purchased:

    A. Standard License (Starter & Pro)

    • You CAN use the code to build unlimited personal or commercial projects (SaaS apps, internal tools).
    • You CAN modify the code as much as you like.
    • You CANNOT redistribute, resell, or share the source code itself (e.g., you cannot put it on GitHub publicly or sell it as a starter kit).

    B. Agency License

    • Includes all rights in the Standard License.
    • You CAN use the code to build applications for your clients.
    • You CANNOT resell the template “as is” to compete with SlyBoards.
  3. Intellectual Property

    We own the template: The original source code, design patterns, and architecture of SlyBoards remain the intellectual property of the creators.

    You own your product: Any unique application, features, or business you build on top of our code is 100% yours. We claim no rights over your end-product.

  4. Updates & Support
    • Updates: We provide access to code updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, you retain access to the version you have, but may need to renew to get new features.
    • Support: We provide support via email to help you set up and configure the template. We do not provide “hands-on” coding services or custom development unless you purchased a specific Agency package that includes it.
  5. Refunds

    Since this is a digital product with downloadable source code, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for technical issues that cannot be resolved.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Product is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the code will meet your specific requirements or that it will be bug-free. You are responsible for verifying the code's security and suitability for your specific use case.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall SlyBoards or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost data) arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
